I would
like to speak myself without giving you a boring
autobiography...
I’d like to tell you about my feelings,
about how important I think it is to live from the heart,
about the ability to search within yourself each evening,
then sleep serenely afterwards.
This is what writing means to me.
My first thanks must go to this passion that has been
with me every day since its first awakening.
My love for writing began at the same time as my love
for horses.
When I was 13, a dear old friend would talk to me about
Aleksandr Puškin, Theodor Storm and Michail Bulgakov,
while out riding together in the San Rossore parkland.
And so, at the same time as writing fiction, I began to
write diaries and note down ideas.
I worked for 10 years in the horseracing world at
San Rossore. I used to get up at dawn to ride the
thoroughbreds before going to University. The stables
that I hold most dear to my heart are Gasparini and
Wilden.
The exercise gallops (a fascinating yet
difficult place) and the unforgettable views of the
Tuscan parkland were able to leave such an echo of
emotion within me, that even now, after so much time,
they give me the inspiration to write.
I
made my debut in 1999 with a fiction in the Anthologies
“La consistenza” of Penne Arrabbiate dedicated to
Ital Calvino, published by the Jaca Book publishing
house.
In 2001 I won the Equilibri Talent Scout Award (judged
by Maria Sole Teorani and Patrizia Carrano) with
“Portrait of a stable - a man's work”
.
In 2005 I had published, through the publishing house
Equitare,
“Curtain call in three movements”
, that has an introduction by
Giulio Leoni and won an award in June 2006 at the
category of Ostia Nel Mondo “Un libro per voi” (A
Book for You) at the Anco Marzio International
Awards.
The collection of poems
“A room outsida”
published in the autumn of 2006 by the publishing house
Zona came third in the unpublished poems of the Woman’s Award “Ma adesso io”
of the Equal Opportunities Board of Faenza.

In July 2008 the magazine “Bambino” sarai
tu! is born, directed by Mirella Delfini and me on the world of children and nature.
Together with this pubblication Marguerite Editore also borns.
The magazine with the collaboration of children and professional journalists has won consents
and confirmations also on the national televisions
(in August 2009 Studio Aperto, Italia Uno, in November Rai Tre with the GT Ragazzi).
